On November 29th, we were holding a Wagyu Whiskydinner at Bourscheid castle. An amazing 7 course menu has been created, prepared and served by chef Yves Radelet and his team. The wagyu beef came from Tina and Georges Hemmer-Mack from Wagyu Luxembourg. The refreshing aperitif, an Orangecello Spritz was brought to us by Yannou Maquil from My.Catering. A big thank you to all of these partners who made this evening an unforgettable moment.
