WCL Asia Whisky Dinner Thursday, 31 May 2018 @ IKKI (Rives de Clausen, Luxembourg City)

Dear members,  
We are very pleased that we can host one of our famous whisky dinners at a very central location in Luxembourg, namely the Restaurant IKKI (19-21 Rives de Clausen, 2165 Luxembourg) on Thursday 31 May 2018. Starting time will be shortly after 7 pm and the Asia themed night will include the following menu:

Yakitori, gyoza, samossa

Consommé katsuobushi, nouilles udon, crevette tempura

Tataki de saumon au sésame, sriracha, mayonnaise japonaise et pesto asiatique

Chawan-Mushi (Oeufs Royale à la japonaise, shiitaké, poulet et scampi)

Sorbet yuzu et espuma pomme grenade

Magret de canard laqué à l'asiatique, patates douces et condiment mangue/passion

Mochi glacé (yuzu, thé matcha et sésame)

The price for the evening is 90€ per person all included. Each course will be joined by a nice dram. We are still selecting them as you read, but they will all come from the finest Asian distilleries which is a guarantee for quality and a certain suspense. Details concerning the whiskies will follow on our homepage.
